Does my P.C. membership renewal count toward the minimum order value (MOV)?
Yes, and it helps you save even more money. A case of OE Synthetic Motor Oil and an Ea Oil Filter, for example, don’t reach the $100 MOV ($130 Canada) to get free shipping. Now, you can add a P.C. membership renewal to your order to reach the MOV needed for free shipping.
I enjoyed the periodic free-shipping promos. Are those going away?
Not necessarily. We still may run free-shipping promos with a reduced minimum order value, allowing you to receive free or reduced shipping for even lower MOVs. Plus, we’ll continue to run other promos that help you save money.
Will interline fees still apply in parts of Canada?
Yes. Interline fees, charged by Loomis Express, apply when the destination point is considered a remote/extended area or the location is serviced by an authorized agent. Loomis has expanded the number of postal codes that qualify for interline fees and implemented slight fee increases. Interline fees are applicable only to Loomis express-shipped orders below 250 lbs., where the final destination address is classified by Loomis as remote or a beyond-delivery point.
